Ingredients:
1/2 cup diced bacon
1 tsp olive oil
1 clove minced garlic
1/4 tsp chili flakes
1 egg
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
6 oz vermicelli pasta
1. Saute bacon, garlic and chili flakes on olive oil - low fire for about 15mins until fats are rendered and bacon is browned
2. Beat the eggs with parmesan cheese
3. Cook the pasta. Drain and place in a serving bowl. Quickly toss the bacon and egg mixtures. Add some salt and pepper.
4. Garnish with fresh or dried parsley
