Ingredients
1 block of firm tofu, sliced into cubes
1pc onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 cups coconut milk
1tsp turmeric powder
1tsp garam masala
1tsp coriander powder
2 tbsp oil or melted butter
salt to taste
Chopped cilantro (handful)
Procedure:
1. Saute tofu in oil until light brown, remove from pan.
2. Saute garlic and onion then add cilantro
3. Add coconut milk and mix turmeric, coriander, garam masala and salt and simmer for 2 mins
4. Add tofu and simmer for another minute.
5. Serve hot with rice or naan bread. Enjoy!
