Ingredients:
4 - pieces any fish
1 tsp - salt
1 tsp - red chili powder
1/2 tsp - cumin powder
1/2 tsp - coriander powder
1/2 cup - lemon juice
1 cup - flour
1 - oil for deep frying
Directions:
You can use any fish you like. Marinate fish in everything except flour, mix well. Set aside 30 to 60 mins. Dip marinated fish in flour both sides and deep fry. Check after 3-4 mins. Fish is done when medium brown and flakey from inside.
