Despite my busy work schedule I always try to find time to work in the kitchen. The other night I was craving for garlic bread and pasta but I realized I don't have bread so I thought of another option - I searched bread recipe from the internet. Fortunately I had all the ingredients available in our pantry but I did some changes on the ingredients - I used milk instead of water for the dough. It took me 1hr and 30mins to finish the bread. While I was baking the bread I made my own garlic butter - I used minced garlic, room temperature butter, homemade italian spice (from my Aunt Sharon in Oregon), salt and pepper. The bread turned out great and the hubby enjoyed it. Actually he was surprised because he didn't know that I was making bread. :)
For the tuna pasta, my ingredients are the following:
- Angel hair pasta
- Tuna in water (drained)
- Sliced tomatoes
- Olive Oil
- Italian Spice
- Salt & Pepper
- Parmesan cheese
Sorry, I'm not exact measurer so you have to ball park it like I do. :)
