4 - Boneless and skinless chicken breast halves
1 - Egg, slightly beaten
1/2 cup - Bread crumbs
2 tbsp - Butter
1/4 cup - Spaghetti sauce
1/2 cup - Shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tbsp - Grated parmesan cheese
1/4 cup - Chopped fresh parsley (1/2 portion if using dried parsley)
Directions
1 - Flatten chicken to even thickness.
2 - Dip chicken into egg then into crumbs to coat.
3 - In skillet over medium heat, in hot butter, brown chicken on both sides.
4 - Top each chicken with spaghetti sauce
5 - Reduce heat. Cover; simmer 10 minutes.
6 - Sprinkle with cheeses and parsley. Cover; simmer 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
